Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the TryRefrain website and inquiry service, operated by GTM Advisory Solutions LLC (“TryRefrain,” “we,” or “us”). TryRefrain creates personalized, AI-assisted songs from customer stories. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Inquiries and orders

You must be at least 18 to submit an inquiry or place an order. Provide accurate contact details and information you have permission to share. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, charge you, reserve a delivery date, or subscribe you to marketing.

We review your request and contact you to confirm the scope, price, timing, payment arrangements, and any additional order terms. An order proceeds only after those details are agreed and payment is arranged. Any order-specific terms must be provided before payment; they do not change an existing order without your agreement.

2. What the song offer includes

The advertised $59 USD launch offer includes one personalized, AI-assisted song up to four minutes long, a downloadable song, a QR code linking to the song, and one revision. A photo video is an optional add-on with a separate quote. Physical cards, printing, and shipping are not included.

The advertised turnaround is three business days after payment and complete story details are received. We confirm the delivery timing with you by email. Let us know your event or mailing date before ordering. Additional work or changes to an agreed scope require a separate quote and your approval.

3. Your stories and materials

You retain any rights you hold in the stories, photos, names, and other materials you provide. You give us permission to use, adapt, and share those materials with the service providers needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you order, create and deliver your song or optional video.

Only submit material you own or have permission to use, including appropriate permission for another person’s photo, private story, or likeness. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, exploitative, or abusive material, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. We may decline requests we cannot lawfully or appropriately fulfill.

Permission to fulfill your request does not give us permission to feature your story, song, or photos in our advertising or public portfolio. That requires separate permission.

4. AI-assisted music and artist references

We use AI-assisted music creation as part of the production process. Artist names, eras, and song references help describe the mood, genre, instrumentation, or energy you want. They are not a request or promise to copy an existing recording, reproduce protected lyrics, clone a person’s voice, or imply an artist’s involvement or endorsement.

AI-assisted results can vary. We do not promise an exact match to a reference artist, exclusive copyright ownership, or that AI-generated elements will qualify for copyright protection. We confirm any applicable usage restrictions before you pay.

5. Delivery, QR codes, and sharing

The offer is intended for personal gifts, memories, and occasions. Tell us before ordering if you need commercial use, resale, music-platform distribution, or another use that requires different permissions. Rights available for a completed song depend on the materials and production tools used and the terms confirmed for your order.

A QR code opens a listening link and requires a compatible device and internet access. We confirm the link with you before you print it. Anyone with access to a shared code or link may be able to hear the song and share it further, so consider the privacy of the people in your story.

Download and keep your delivered file. The offer does not promise permanent online hosting or uninterrupted access to a listening link. Confirm any required hosting duration with us before printing or distributing a QR code.

6. Revisions, cancellations, and problems

One revision is included in the launch offer. Tell us what needs to change, including any incorrect names or story details. We confirm the revision scope and timing with you; a new story, recipient, or substantially different creative direction may require a separate quote.

You can withdraw an unpaid inquiry at any time. For paid work, we confirm the cancellation and refund terms before payment. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or if a delivery is missing, inaccessible, or different from the agreed scope so we can review the issue and discuss a remedy. These terms do not limit refund rights or other consumer protections that apply by law.

7. Using this website

Do not misuse the form, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the site to violate someone else’s rights. We may restrict access to prevent abuse. Our branding and website content remain owned by us or their respective rights holders; using the site does not transfer ownership of them.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but technical errors and interruptions can occur. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms and will show the effective date here. Updated terms apply going forward and do not retroactively change an agreed order.
